How it works
Una will work with you to develop this sense of ground in a safe, compassionate, trauma-informed space.

You'll learn how to deal with intrusive thoughts, difficult emotions and memories, and regain a sense of control and overall wellbeing.

Through a combination of guided mindfulness meditation practice and interactive inquiry/dialogue, you'll gradually discover that peace and calm have been at the core of your true nature all along.

iRest has it's origins in the successful treatment of PTSD at Walter Reed Army Medical Centre in the US.
It has been scientifically shown to be very effective in alleviating many of the symptoms of trauma.
